Nice to hear from you!
I would describe my breath and bitter metallic prior to surgery. It was described to me as fecal, garbage and mothball-ish.
My tongue is now mostly nice looking, still some days with a coating, but not like before it was a rug of white with clear spots. Never had tingling but felt like it was fuming before.
My PND is normal, I did always feel like there was thicker stuff back there. Tasting bad, hot garbage I would guess. I can still feel it some now after eating rich foods or dairy. But no where near before my septum fix. But it's not contributing to making my breath bad (I'm pretty sure!)
I don't know if I posted this in my original post, but my ENT found cysts where my tonsils were. Had a tonsilectomy almost 20 years ago! He removed them with my adenoids.
These cysts could very well be responsible for the bb I had ALL these years.
