Just finished my 6th lemonnade...with a glass of water after each.
the feeling I have i know is just in my head, not my body..yet!!..
was feeling kind of lousy about 6pm, I took a hot shower and felt SO much better...day one almost down, gonna get out tomorrow, cant stay in and be a hermit, maybe start some shopping,

just take one day at a time, it really goes easier that way. i find that during the day if i keep busy it makes things a whole lot easier

This is a reply to # 225,550Keeping busy will keep you out of temptation more than being idle. One thing I do is read when I don't have anything else to do. I don't have much food to "lust after" now in my place.
