My 4th year of detox was by far, the most difficult. It was more emotional than any other year, and I noticed a major improvement in my thyroid and pineal gland.
This means it was a 'hormonal' year as well.
I've also been detoxing 'the pill' from my visceral fat that I stored between 25-27 years old (I'm 41 now).
During my detox, I've gone from a 38" waist (158 lbs), to at 32" waist (125 lbs).
But recently, I have a 29" waist for the first time since my 20's :)
Year 1 and 2, I filled the washroom with mushroom, then mold, then skunk smells haha
Since I've been detoxing the pill, I've been smelling 'burnt plastic'. I'm into heavy detox- very serious toxins coming out.
Because of all these major changes in my system, I found year 3 and 4 to be very difficult to fast/dry fast. (Year 1 and 2 were quite easy.)
This is all due to alkalinity. I had a difficult time keeping my PH up.
Just in the last month, my PH is very high, and my good bacteria has been cleaning out my colon at an extreme rate.
My body is telling me to fast again. The amount of food I'm eating is less than normal and what I crave is mostly water based (cucumbers, celery, apples, watermelon).
I've also been passing parasites with the massive amount of garbage I'm passing. This has never happened before. I usually would do a h2o2 colonic to get at them...
My body is ready, but I ALWAYS do a modified fast. I see many people fast, feel horrible throughout it, and get almost no results.
The reason is: they start their fast with low PH. As they dump toxins from fat cells, they have very little alkalinity to neutralize it, so it just gets stored again.
They end up with 'herxheimer' through the whole process, and their body is in the same place as when they started.
I've read so many stories here of people doing 5 or 10 days of fasting, and not losing weight! That means they are SO low in alkalinity.
A person outside their healthy BMI should lose 1 lbs a day, while they are eating all the high raw plants they need!
If they are fasting, they should be getting out MANY more toxins than that!
Before I tell you what I do, remember that everyone is in a different place in their detox. What works for my high level of detox, may make you very sick....

1. I drink more warm distilled water than I actually crave. The first day of fasting, hunger is usually the strongest. I need to have something warm in my tummy to get my body used to fasting.
A friend of mine, who comes from the body building community, told me something interesting. 1 week before competitions, they fast on distilled water.
This gets rid of all bloating, and excess fat so their muscles show better.
That surprised me, because there is still really 'old school' thinking out there that distilled is bad for you.
Distilled is called 'hungry' water because of it's negative charge. It attaches to inorganic minerals and takes them out of the body. This is why we use distilled in our clothes iron, to keep it from clogging up with cal/mag/rocks from tap water.
It can't attach to organic minerals (that also have a negative charge) that make up our bodies.
It is plants' job to turn inorganic minerals into negative charges through photosynthesis. It's their specialty. We can't do that.
So distilled is a major player in detox. It's pulling out junk that clogs us up.

When I started experimenting with OP, I wasn't quite sure if it was doing anything.
Then one time, after swishing for 10 minutes, I accidentally swallowed it.
My stomach HURT the whole day, through the night, until I passed it the next morning!
And it was only 10 minutes, not the full 20 minutes that I normally would do...yikes!
I have no idea how toxic my saliva is, except that it is NASTY!

This is a reply to # 2,259,5543. One maximum dose hydrogen peroxide after my colon empties.
If you haven't done h2o2 yet, make sure you do your research. You can't just jump into a maximum dose. You have to work your way up through the therapy, to see how your stomach feels, and how your body reacts.
I did my first therapy after 1 full year of detox. I literally felt fantastic through the whole 40 or so days.
I could feel a massive oxygen buzz the whole time, and loved it.
Many people feel terrible on it. That's because the o2 is reacting with a high level of toxins in their body. We need to get the bulk of those toxins out first.
H2o2 is one of the most important therapies you can learn about. During my chronic fatigue, I had 5 chronic infections. But I haven't been on Antibiotics for 7 years! I've only used h2o2.
After I wake up, I have at least a liter of warm distilled (with jasmine tea) to hydrate from the night before.
This gets my colon cleaned out. I want the h2o2 to clean out cellular water, not debri in my colon.
If you still aren't convinced that h2o2 cleans us out, here's something to think about:
One of my MAJOR beauty secrets for stunning skin is to use 1 drop 35% food grade h2o2 to 20 drops distilled water.
Layer it on your face during a bath. After 20 minutes or more, all your dead skin will come off.
The baby skin will look beautiful. But even more important, doing this regularly will give every cell in the skin extra o2.
This gives it extra energy to dump it's dead water. With no debris left in the skin, every cell glows with clean water.
You can't fake this 'childhood' kind of glow. It's reflective, just like our eyes. We are looking at clean, clear water.

This is a reply to # 2,259,5654. a strong vitamin and mineral several times a day, at least 1 hour after the h2o2.
This may surprise people, and some may think it is anti-fasting, but I always take my supplements during a fast.
In the past, when toxins were extremely low, I believe many people started a fast with 7.2 PH saliva.
During the fast, they may have used up alkalinity, but gained it all back after they started eating again.
But most of us already have low PH. During my CF my PH was 4.8.
Below 5 may mean cancer is sitting somewhere in the body...
Plus we are being bombarded with daily toxins, and other positive charges from WIFI, Cell Phone s, and dirty electricity.
I believe taking my vit/min is the reason my detox has been so thorough, and I've burned through toxic visceral fat. I have the resources to neutralize the nastiest of toxins :)
There are so many vit/min on the market, and many are not available in different countries. I don't think a worldwide forum is the place to talk about it.
I find it just backfires for most people. They get excited about trying something new, then just get discouraged because they can't get it into their country.
You can email me if you want, and let me know which country you are in. If what I take doesn't import into your country, maybe we can find something that does.
But most importantly, from my research, I can tell you what to look for in a vit/min.
---1. It shouldn't have iron. If it does, it's very cheap quality, and the company has old research. Iron in a multi is toxic.
All green plants have absorbable iron. If your multi gives you everything you need to absorb iron, you will absorb plenty from plants.
---2. Put your multi in a glass of water with a slice of apple for a few days. If the apple turns brown, the antioxidants in the multi don't really work. What's the point of taking it?
An apple turning brown is oxidation...
---3. a vit and min needs to be in separate pills. They react with each other because of their active charges.
If your vit/min is in one pill, all charges are long gone.
---4. a mineral supplement should be chelated. If it isn't, it can't remove toxic metals from the body.
We can't reach our ideal levels of 'young, gorgeous, and energetic' with mercury, lead, and other nasties in us....
I find chelated minerals make your poo slippery, which cleans you out even more!
I allow at least an hour after h2o2 before taking a multi. H2o2 reacts badly with vit C.
Also, you can get much more from your multi by cutting it in half or 1/4s, and taking it several times a day.
After a fast, you can have even better PH, which is the opposite of what most people do...

Probiotics are so difficult to get into various countries because they are 'live bacteria'. But finding a good one is a major key to detox.
Wild animals are eating aerobic bacteria with every mouthful.
But humans are eating irradiated food, and are washing everything with chlorinated water. Both kill off good bacteria.
I take a strong probiotic each day of my fast. I am taking my multi/min because my probiotic critters need something to eat during my fast :)
What to look for in a probiotic:
---1. It should advertise that the strains can survive stomach acid. The company will be sued if this is not true, so it likely is.
---2. It should make you poo more!
If the aerobic bacteria can actually get to your colon, and are strong enough to survive, they will have babies, and start house cleaning immediately :)
This is the reason I am passing parasites just by going to the washroom. My WHOLE colon is emptying, along with parasites and their homes (in the ascending colon where they live).
All the aerobic activity strengthens the colon to empty several times a day ...Super detox secret :)
Between chelated minerals making your poo slippery, and aerobic bacteria house cleaning...you end up with a super squeeky clean colon.
This is also the reason the whites of my eyes are super white. I go to bed with an empty colon.
I no longer absorb toxic poo water from my colon during the night.

I find dry fasting to be many times deeper detox than water fasting.
The reason is: as the body becomes slightly dehydrated, it opens fat cells for water (more toxins are released).
It also begins to recycle the sickest cells first.
After a dry fast, you are literally a collection of younger cells, because your older, yuckier cells were broken down...This is anti-aging :)
Dry fasting after 4pm seems to be very manageable for me.
I have lots of experience dry fasting noon to noon. But this will be for a longer period of time, so modified a bit.
I've always felt that fasting/dry fasting should be a nice experience...not a difficult one.
If 'herxheimer' sets in, I am going too fast.

Decades ago, a scientist discovered that a cremated human was composed of 12 compounds.
He went on to make these compounds or tissue salts available to people homeopathically.
They are not like a vit/min.
They dissolve under your tongue, and teach your body to make even more of those 12 compounds.
The more of these compounds we have in our body, the quicker we repair, because that's what we are composed of :)
When I first started on them, I took maximum dose for 6 months (6 pills 4 times a day).
I lost most signs of deficiency, on my face.
I still take them daily, but at a super low dose (3 pills once a day).

This is a reply to # 2,259,600Yesterday, was my first 24 hours. I felt pretty good. I didn't have a growl-ey stomach until 3pm.
My brain wasn't thinking about food, and I didn't need hardly any willpower until I made chicken fried rice for my hubby...it smelled really good :)
The crazy news is: I was in the washroom (lighting matches haha) all morning, and until 3pm! I would never have thought so much could come out of me!
I'm not a constipated person. I 'go' 3x a day. And I usually sleep with an empty colon.
So where did it all come from? Who knows. I just know that my aerobic critters are doing their job :)
This morning, I weighted myself, and I lost 10 lbs!
No wonder I was in the washroom like a full time job :)
I'm sure it was mostly bloating and my pooper that accounts for it....
And I was really cold in my extremities. But the cool thing is my brain was really sharp.
I've been studying chinese for a long time. I was reading some characters, and I had all these memories of people telling me stories about some of the complicated ones.
And I looked terrible. I looked tired and flushed.
But besides that, it was pretty easy. I did all 7 steps.
The only thing I can add to the steps is:
Keep drinking warm distilled until your pooper is done. Don't dry fast if you are still going. You want that junk out of there!

This is a reply to # 2,259,858Yesterday was also a shock. I lost another 5 lbs. That's 15 lbs in 2 days.
When people say that Elvis had 30lbs of poop during his autopsy, I believe it!
I didn't think it was possible to lose that much poo/lymph/bloating, but it is.
I only lost about 2 lbs of fat. I noticed a bit came off my hips. My arms a more slender, but I think that was lymph.
An average person needs 1 lbs of fat to keep up body functions during a fast. It might be more for me because my detox is at a high level this last couple months (burnt plastic smells..)
Again, I was in the washroom from morning til 7pm! Crazy amount of garbage coming out...
Energy is still good. Had my usual 1 hour walk, plus shopped for 3 hours.
I had hunger cravings when I smelled bread and cheese in the sub place. mmm...wish they were health foods instead of my nemesis :)
It actually occurred to me that after 5 days, I may just keep going. I will judge based on how I look, and if I'm losing curves. 15 lbs down, and haven't lost curves :)

I am now eating one meal a day(20 plant servings).
I passed my 18-20 year old phase of detox (accutane, my 1st car accident), and my 13-18 year old phase(tetracyclene for acne).
I'm waiting to ditch my childhood vaccines. I think my eyes will go back to my 3 year old color-indigo.
Then I think I will be done detox! (Eye color often changes during vaccines).
I'm hoping to be finished before my 5 year detox anniversary, in 3 months :)
