Keep in mind that this was 5 years ago. I just recently got to thinking about it because I am considering taking Iodine
again for oral thrush issues.
My regimen at the time was:
100mg of Iodine
200mcg of selenomethionine
Several grams of Vitamin C (can't remember exact amount)
720mg of magnesium via magnesium chloride
I also eat a zero carb diet because my pancreas overproduces insulin when I eat carbs, leading to severe hypoglycemia.
I'm considering going back to 50mg for the thrush and to maintain body sufficiency as I posted in an above thread, but am unsure about doing so because the large doses I took 5 years ago (even with the companion nutrients) did absolutely nothing for my health. If anything, I felt worse.
