It sounds like you have more then pinworms, because that's what happened to me.

What has worked really great for me, (besides all the meds) was extra virgin Coconut oil! Clean your butt with an Equate toilet wet wipe, and put coconut oil, on it liberally. I then put a female pad in my undies, that's it, re-apply, & change the pad as needed. By the way, Walmart has a good virgin coconut oil (Spring Valley brand) in a small glass bottle, that works great! Other brand coconut oils I've tried, didn't work as well.

This cut down the pinworm activity to almost nil!

Recently I tried Odor Eaters athletes foot spray, right in the undies, or on the pad, instead of the coconut oil, and I think it works even better! I've even tried other brand sprays, one is Equate Jock Itch spray that work just as well!

I'm also beginning to think the application from the ingredients is also affecting the pinworm nest, because I'm getting less, & less activity there

Now, if I could only find a simple cure for the Roundworms, or Tapeworms :(

From the pinworms, Yes, not gone, but hardly any activity with my procedure. Not so much the other parasites :(
