Can someone please clarify ... I have just commenced taking Iugol's 5% solution... What is the best way to take it? The only restriction is do not take Lugols Iodine with vitamin C. Iodoral pills do not have this restriction.
Yes you can take selenium with iodine. I take all of my supplements in the morning
