I was exposed to H Pylori and possibly another bacteria. It plagued me for years until I figured it out.
Ginger, fennel, berberine 3-4x daily. Essential oils (google essential oils and H Pylori, you will come up with all the peer reviewed medical studies on natural agents due to Antibiotic
resistance). Garlic is also good - but as with anything, must be taken reguarly in higher than normal doses.
The essential oils I used, lemongrass, oregano oil, ocatea, cinnamon bark. Also used parafree soft gels.
It took me several months to see the benefits, and if I stopped it would return. Now I just do maintenance doses.
