I went ahead and tried it. 15 minutes after slathering with magnesium I jumped in the shower for my morning shower. I do feel nice and refreshed and clean where normally I don't feel much of anything.

That doesn't mean I cut down on the amount of fluoride my body took in but still, it's something.

Okay, it's an article on a site trying to sell shower filters, granted. But read this article:

Good question. I would like to know others opinions also on this.

My solution is to either not shower or take a whores bath. :)
