Hello everyone,
I just started to change my diet (no sugar, veggies, etc). along with taking supplements like probiotics, enzymes, and zinc.
I realized that I have had a candida problem for a long time (it could be a bad case), it started in january and now I am taking care of it...lol (-_-). and I just wanted to know what the average time would be for this healing process to be complete?
Also,
Will I be able to eat normally again? As in foods that have sugar, carbohydrates, etc.
Will this candida thingy come back into my life? Its pretty annoying as I am stil experiencing some symptoms
-Tinnitus, Heart palpitations, fatigue, headaches etc.

I do feel a change within my body since I started the diet and taking in the supplements. But its not as drastic as I expected...
Is this a slow process?
I kind of want my normal life back T_T
