Do be careful, XYZ, it's important that people are able to learn from others which supplements are most effective. For example, using one form of selenium can trash a person as opposed to another form or brand, and far from all supplement producers are equal. It's a dangerous jungle.
Censorship is a two edged sword!
My example of selenium is, for example, metallic selenium as opposed to methionine-bound selenium in the case of someone trying to detox heavy metals- one chases the heavy metals around worse in the body, and the other supplies the sulfur-complex methionine that allows the body to use the selenium to produce glutathione.
I fell myself into that trap due to buying without knowing all the details- and I do believe I may have skipped that pitfall if the posts I had read were complete and gave some pointers and guides.
