I have noticed that I am using the bathroom more. I usually only have 1 bowel movement a week. This week I have used the bathroom everyday. My goal is to use the bathroom 2-3 times a day.
As far as the FBO I still have it pretty bad but I know it is still way too early to tell. My next update will be in 3 weeks from now.
