Pain and bloated after flush

MoreMorning of flush 21 for me and I have quite a pain in my upper abdomen. My stomach looks really big too. Maybe this is what people call bloating? I've never felt "bloated" before.
Bit weird, cause I never feel pain after flushing. Little bit worried but I have only had one BM so far. So maybe it will get better after a few more.- Re: Pain and bloated after flush Tayto

This is a reply to # 2,267,870Probably should have waited til after BM to post ha. Just had one there now, got a good few stones. Actually got my biggest one ever, it was the size of a one euro coin (sorry only know euro money). I had to take a picture haha! I don't know if that's considered large to other people or just regular? Got 2 more about half that size, 6 pea sized and about 25 tiny ones. All green.

Are you spacing your flushes every two or three weeks?

This is a reply to # 2,267,877Thanks Archus. Every 2 weeks most of the time. I actually noticed an improvement in my skin since the last flush. Only a slight change though, but hopefully it keeps getting better!

This is a reply to # 2,267,882I ate fully raw for 5 days prior to the flush, maybe that helped. I'll do the same for the next flush, and I'll add in apple juice again and see if that helps.

Thanks Jill! I am glad too. I've gotten a few more out since this morning and total is over forty, so this is my best flush yet! Not sure if my diet over the last few days had anything to do with it but i'm definitely going to continue with the high raw food. And I'm thinking of maybe doing an apple juice fast for one or 2 days before my next flush.
