I am trying not to jinx myself, but if my current protocol is successful, the least I can do is share my experience so others can get well.
If you browse my posts, you will see I've been battling Mold Illness for three years now. Along the way, I have tried countless natural remedies. There were a few times when I thought things were getting better, but overall, I was progressively getting worse. Just two weeks ago, I no longer wanted to be on this planet.
I was about to try pure cholestyramine (the Pharma brand made my thigh look like pepperoni pizza), but last Thursday I picked up a yeast cleanser that mainly contained carylic acid. I got the idea from trying coconut flakes and oil again, but I did not feel right having over 30g of excess fat a day in my body.
Since that day I have been taking approximately 3,500 mg. The results are miraculous. For an added punch, I have also been swallowing a tbsp of "expired" (so the bottle says, but it's refrigerated, so I chance it. Darn thing was $60, so I'll just finish it) Nystatin, but do not rely on that alone.
Now unfortunately, no one on here seems to bodybuild other than me, but if you did, you would be able to track your progress by not just how you felt, but by how you looked. Fungal illness inhibits protein synthesis, so despite all my exercise, I looked like mush. Within 5 days, my body is almost where it was before I got sick. I am pleasantly stunned. My once inflamed abdomen is almost completely flat, and I am building muscle and losing fat faster than I ever thought possible. And the endorphins! Wow! My mood is now consistently good. The only thing that's bothering me is my sinuses. I hope to kill that particular place of infection in time.
Oh, let me also add that I began taking 2 drops of Lugols
a day a week before this new protocol. I was sleeping better when taking that alone, and had a little more energy, but as you can see, it was not the main part of the equation.
My advice to anyone suffering is to not worry about the Nystatin. Just take whatever dose you feel comfortable with of the products I mentioned. I am also taking liposhperic vitamin c, a whole food multi, green probiotic powder, senna tea and psyllium (#2 everyday is a MUST), and everything else is not as important. Diet is wild fish, greens, whey and rice protein, olive and fish oil, and organic quick oats are my only carbohydrate.
Although you may be chronically fatigued, try to become as active as possible once you take these things and hopefully feel better.
I realize I may relapse at any given moment, but I just ftelt compelled to try to help others because I know what you all are going through - hell. I plan on taking all of my supplements indefinitely and will hopefully kill these pathogens for good. It is insane how all these alternative pricey doctors can't figure out what I have discovered. I actually joked to myself the other day how I was smarter than most of them, so I should be able to cure myself without their help. Hopefully I am right.
Feel free to PM me your progress or questions. I'm not on here all the time, but I will check back to see how everyone's doing :)
