I cured my own systemic candida problem back in 2007. Took a year, but I didn't know that much about candida then. I do understand candida now -- In fact I wrote a book on how to cure this fungal disease in 2013 called Candida: Killing So Sweetly. 

When I say that I've cured my candida -- my own definition of a candida cure is when all your symptoms go away. Plus I can now eat anything I like -- wheat, soy, dairy, sugar etc -- in resonable amounts without any gut problems or allergies or any distress arising. That's what I call a cure.
