Thank you for all the info. Yes, I do the painting and it does help a little, initially it seemed to help a lot, but not so much now that all the symptoms have come back. I do use hormones - Vivelle patch and Prometrium intervaginally - for another health issue and didn't thing about that being a problem since things initially improved, but maybe I need to revisit that. I did a bunch of reading here yesterday and read about Dr Myer's method of painting the cervix, is that therapy still relevant, safe? I have also scoured Curezone about how high I can go on my Iodine dose, as that seems to help the most, but I haven't found anything. I am so frustrated because it seemed like I'd finally gotten over the hump and found a treatment that seemed to really improve my quality of life, the FBD was all but gone, I'd gotten beyond the shortness of breath, I was in a very happy place...then the FBD symptoms began returning. Ugh two steps forward, one step back!
