Yes I get your point but I don't think the attacks were warranted. I actually forked over the $1 and read the book, he gives practical advice, is it enough to kill parasites directly? I don't think so in chronic infection states. However I do think the author has some good practical advice that will help anyone with disease.

My advice to this audience from 25k hours of research - eat real food, avoid processed cr@p, get off fresh dairy that contain high lactose since many people with chronic infections have secondary lactase deficiency.

Hormones and Antibiotics in the food supply are detrimental to immunity. G-M-O food should be avoided as well. The American diet model is trash and making people sicker. Listen to your body and watch for food sensitivities which put another burden on the immune system. You must find out what your body needs and what foods make you sicker. Pulse testing can help with this. Get off the foods that are modified and filled with pesticides.

Make sure you get quality protein (advocates of vegan diets are wrong, you need protein from animal sources especially when under high metabolic stress (read that chronic infection)). Avoid fad dietary concepts except the Mediterranean diet. Eat some Thai food, Indian food that is loaded with life giving spices. Eat real.

If you take off the burden of ingesting foods that trigger more immune (histamine releasing foods), you will stop the inflammatory reactions. Those with infections are already in inflammatory conditions. With inflammation comes increased ROS (reactive oxygen species) which cause much damage in the body - congests the liver, damages cell membranes, taxes endocrine systems and so on. Real food gives nutrition to the body to help fight the infections. Spices are helpful in that they can kill many pathogens, they stimulate the metabolism, increase blood flow and so on.
