Hi all. So as I mentioned in the liver cleanse post, I am thinking of ways to lighten the load. I believe a strong body has strong digestion. Normally I do well on clean whey, raw eggs, and fish. As of now however, I am taking a risk by combining small amounts of fruit with rice protein.
Face looks fuller and healthier
Increased body temp (vital for healing!)
Less pain in breasts
I no longer feel depressed
Cons (possible detox symptoms):
Based on experience, I do not do well with fruit by itself. Those fruitarians amaze me. For now I will avoid the eggs, whey, and fish, but eventually I hope to include them in small amounts. Remember, as your body changes (for better or worse) you need to listen and try your best to give what agrees with it.
