Very common. Happens to me too when I am partially dehydrated. The body will absorb the coffee to stave off dehydration. Drink a lot of water before the Coffee-Enema to avoid this.

It happens because your body wants to hold onto some fluids... in other words, you are dehydrated and your body wants to hold on to that water. Don't panic, dehydration is fairly common but you do need to keep an eye on it and drink fluids and rehydrate and/or use a hydration replacement.
