You sound like you might have a vitamin and more importantly a mineral deficiency. I would bet that you have a bacterial over growth. I would use grapefruit seed extract. Some Mastic Gum and Dgl, or oil of oregano. And if you really want to pull out the big guns, try h2o2. I also find that a good probiotic will help as well. I would give cell food a try it always helps me and give me more energy while I detox. MSM would be good to try as well. I would also look into weather you have low sugar, and possible low iron as well. You might also need to digest your food better in which case look into finding a good form of HCL. Numbness can be caused by low b12. You should take a b-complex, along with the b12. Good luck

But there is more. You also need 5,000 IU Vitamin D3 and 500mg Vitamin B3 (take B3 right after dinner & breakfast)

You also need to get your lymphatic system moving the lymph fluid. You have just as much lymph fluid as you have blood, but unfortunately there is no heart to pump the lymph fluid. Exercise is required to move lymph fluid, so do a 1 mile brisk walk every day, while moving your arms. Or better yet join a gym to do workouts. Insufficient exercise means that your lymph fluid becomes toxic. Consider your lymphatic system to be the sewer pipes in your body. They collect waste from every cell in your body to be disposed of. Google "lymphatic system" for more.
