I realize now why Iodine
made me feel bad the first time around.
I was at starvation levels of protein because of my restricted diet because of my pancreas issue.
This time around I decided to throw caution to the wind and eat as much protein and fat as I want with just a few carbs from nuts and such.
Absolutely no issues with the Iodine
making me feel hypo.
50mg per day without selenium and I feel no adverse effects on the thyroid.
Eating too little will throw your thyroid out of whack even with iodine.
