Hi guys, after failing and failing and failing again and again the last 2 years, i decided that this time is going to be the final time and the time that i will succeed, hence the action of posting it on the net. So my goal is to reach 60 kg down from 82.5 kg that i now am. I began a bit before this post and the way i am going to do it is by drinking water milk and coffee only and smoking cigarettes until i reach my goal of 60 kg. Nothing else, not even gums. I estimate that by the end of April at most, i will be at my desired weight goal. So this will be my journey from 82.5 kg to 60 kg in about a month or so. The reason i post it here is to, if it happens, get some support, which i think will help me a lot. I know smoking is unhealthy and i intend to quit it after i reach my goal, so please don't comment on it, if you may, i only use it to help with the food cravings - a substitute - .I will keep posting here frequently concerning my progress and especially when i reach certain milestones. As of now i stand at 82.5 kg ( i am 1.77m btw). Based on experience i will be 76.5-77kg in 6 days from now. Anyway i'll keep posting as i said and cya soon ^_^ .
