DMSA is a no no for me. digestion has been worse since I've started. Also, dark circles and facial overall looks are worse. I think it's triggering candida because the back of my tongue has a nasty thick layer of white mucous.
Going to try taking ALA by itself since I am mostly concerned of getting the mercury out of brain and glands.
Anything else other than DMSA and DMPS that I could take along with ALA to reduce mercury distribution ? Or is it fine to take ALA by itself.- Re: DMSA chelation / candida joegrane

This is a reply to # 2,319,66325mg then went back to 12mg. I mean, the symptoms weren't bad at all while taking them. But DMSA is known for triggering candida, something I always thought I had.
I don't take huge amounts of vitamin C. Maybe 1,000? then some vitamin E with 300 mcg of selenium. zinc, cod liver oil, magnesium, iodine, kidney support. I'll usually load up on C and E 3 hours after my last dose of the round. currently finished my 4th round. I actually feel worse then when I started which I presume is candida.
I think It's time to try ALA by itself. I'm pretty sure my mercury is in my brain and glands. or is it worth adding in some DMPS?
don't think I have chemical sensitivity.

This is a reply to # 2,319,698DMPS is often reported to be much nicer than DMSA. However some people, including me, have done fine with DMSA + generous amounts of other antioxidants.
Some can only do a round with DMSA monthly or even less due to candida flares or other immune system issues. A friend is one.
A Cutler would say you are not taking enough C and E while on round. My head felt much clearer when taking more than skimpy amounts of E.- Re: DMSA chelation / candida Need2Bfixed
