Can you use corroidal silver in normal tap water to drink? Only its made with distilled water so I'm just wondering if you drink it with that too?

It is recommended that you hold Colloidal Silver under the tongue for a few minutes before swallowing to get the most out of it.
It must be made with distilled water. But you can drink anything you want after taking Colloidal Silver .
