I finished a 10 day Master Cleanse almost 3 weeks ago. By the 5th day, my persistant Psoriasis was clearing up. I am continue to be almost entirely clear 3 weeks later. This is the best my areas of Psoriasis have looked in over a year. I am confident that had I done the cleanse longer, I would be entirely free of psoriasis. This is a reply to # 232,306That's great. I want to do The Master Cleanse very soon for my psoriasis, but because mine isn't TOO bad I've been putting it off and Liver Cleansing in the meantime, which has helped somewhat. I know when I got the flu a few months ago, even after one day of only consuming liquids my skin started clearing, so I KNOW a fast will help! I'd also be interested to know what your diet was like pre and post cleanse.
Also, you should post of the Psoriasis support forum page, I'm sure people would be very interested to hear your results. Thanks.

MoreThis is a reply to # 232,300how bad was your skin? i have been thinking of passing this diet on to my mother. her outbreaks are so bad that some ofher jammies are bloody from the cracking of the skin. and she has purple/silver patches coating her legs at times.
and all this after the intensive creams and light therapy.
when did you start to notice a difference?
how many lemonades did you have a day?
