Sadly, I didn't save the specimens but flushed them. I didn't pass any other worms that look like what are on the plate, so whatever killed them seemed to wipe out most or all of the adults(I believe it was the high amount of raw garlic and fresh crushed cloves I was taking.) However, I continued to pass nests similar to the one in the picture for around 3 days for a total of maybe 8 or 9 partial or fully intact ones. Their state of decomposition would seem to indicate they are present in the large intestine rather than small... though my digestion has been pretty poor and its possible it made it all the way from the small into large without any problem.
