Hi there guys!
Just started day one this morning...Sitting here with all the ingredients now, loving the drink....SO FAR! I was REALLY FRIGGIN' HUNGRY AROUND 2 PM TODAY!
Hace a questions in regards to working out. I'm a fairly active guy, surfing, mountain biking and go to the gym around 5 times a week. During this 10 (hopefully) day fast I will NOT surf or do any mountain biking, but I was hoping for some light gym work out...IS that OK!
Also, do you loose a lot of muscle mass while fasting?
Any info regarding working out, and or the loss of muscle mass would be greatly appreciated...
