I am Mike. In the past three months I have performed a 17 day water fast and lost a total of 20kg. With the proper lifestyle changes I have managed to maintain my weightloss and in fact continue to lose weight at a normal rate.
I am about to start a mix of dry fasting and breaking with a water fast. Dry fast 5-7 days, break with water fast 10 days. May continue that rate for one month.
