You are having histamine reactions because you have a leaky gut. Fix that first. The leaky gut is allowing large food particles to escape the digestive tract which is creating an allergic reaction ie a histamine reaction so almost any food will trigger a reaction.
The thing that helped me the most was eating 2 stewed apples a day for 21 days. The apples have to have their skins on. They have to be organic. It is the pectin in the apple skins that helps.
Core some granny smith apples ( or other tart baking apples). Chop them into about 1 " pieces. Place in a pot with about 2 tablespoons of water. Cook until soft and then mash them with a potato masher. You want chunky applesauce. Eat for bkft. Add cinnamon to taste.
You could also go on a semi fast, drinking bone broth only. I did this and combined it with eating salted popcorn for about three days. It gives your system a rest and the popcorn stimulates your digestive enzymes. Drink a lot of spring or distilled water too. You could combine the semi fast with the stewed apples.
After you have quieted down your GI tract, add MSM to your diet. It will help restore your digestive system.
Also add Betaine HCL, which is stomach acid. As we age, we get deficient in this. Take with every meal. You could also add some digestive enzymes for a while until your digestion is rock solid. Pineapple and papaya also work as they have a lot of natural enzymes.
Skip the probiotics and eat sauerkraut, fermented veggies, good organic cheese, yogurt and kim chi.
If you take commercial probiotics, you run the risk of introducing a species that may out compete others. You want as much diversity as possible. Let food be thy medicine.
Eat only organic as the pesticide most commonly used (Roundup) is an Antibiotic
and it disrupts your normal gut bacteria. Its use has increased dramatically in the last 10 years and we are all being poisoned. It is in virtually all grains, beans, meats, dairy, egg, corn, soy, Sugar
beets, breads, beers, tea and wine. You may solve the majority of your problems by just eating organic. Be very diligent for at least three weeks and see the improvement.
You should start to feel much better after 10 days of the apples but continue to 21 days and even longer if you need to.
Don't take any herbals or medicines until you have fixed your gut. Do not take bee propolis. The bees pick up pesticides and bring them back to the hive. Do not eat honey as it is contaminated.
