If you have not $ for testing I'd start with 10mg preg in the AM. I'd also take zinc at some point in the day, maybe evening, vitamin C and Vit B5.
You can get preg inexpensively online such as swanson.
Then I'd add another 10mg at noon. If that does not feel bad, then maybe another 10mg in mid afternoon.
That's still a modest dose but I would not take more than that without testing.
I'd wait to see how the preg is tolerated before adding DHEA. DHEA is downstream from preg so you might not need much or any. If you try it, I would not start with more than 5mg.
