Hey ya'll. I'm going to be starting a Water Fast starting tomorrow. I weighed myself this morning and the scale read 240. I'm 5'11" with a medium build. My BMI is something like 35%. I'm trying to drop down to 120 by the end of this year. Do you think this is possible? Also, do any of you have any tips or tricks that will help me stay focused?

Losing 120 lbs is possible but you do not have to, you will be underweight, for 5'-11" height. You can be 160lbs and that should be fine.
I would say walk everyday, read, clean the house, meaning give away things you don't need or are not using. Do arts and crafts.
Expect to lose 1lb per day.

This is a reply to # 2,366,240In my 20 day fast, my biggest achievement in life the way I talk about it looks like - anyway I did the exact opposite. I collected up everything I could load in a car or truck from a friends house day over day, night after night. I may have collected up 1000+ cu ft of audio equipment.

OK I had a big LC meal today and have likely a few more days of it, too much food is sitting around. Has to get eaten. The basic idea is to end all the eating with my greens maybe Wednesday. I am then hoping to dry fast a few days and then Water Fast till I get my skin tags gone. I hope it works out. Then I'll break it with harvested greens a few days. Then get to the Low carb stage. Hope getting to 135 or so will get rid of the grab's of fat.
