Day 2 is done. Bedtime. I also had chicory root this morning and match in the afternoon. I was feeling some uterine pain, so in addition to my two cup she of red raspberry leaf and peppermint tea, I had a cup of wild lettuce, red raspberry, and peppermint tea. It did the trick with the pain. I am now enjoying a cup of chamomile tea at bedtime.
I brushed my teeth with remineralizing toothpaste and rubbed my hair with some EVOO.
I'm very tired.
