I have Oxypowder arriving today. Colonix turned into concrete in my colon, so I will try the Oxypowder and maybe go back on Colonix again later. I am a little intimidated by the thought of doing a liver flush, though...lol. We'll see.

I have been a veggie person all my life. Even as a kid I would fish out the meat out of the stews...yeach. I was one of the few kids that lived for spinach and cream of cauliflower soup.

When I met my second husband, he got me started on steaks and pork chops, etc. (he's a wonderful cook). My system went on strike...lol. I think my colon finally had enough. I started having problems, which is the reason I am doing all this.

Can't wait to get cleaned out!!!!
