there are many things i dont know about your situation to be very helpful about what you need and dont need. im not even sure what your goals are other than to increase energy that you mentioned.
im not sure what life extension product youre taking but the rest looks good to me. i take about 750mg of KI a day, but thats for my own reasons and it works for ME. some might need more, some a lot less. way back in the beginning on the iodine forum i started advocating 100mg of lugols as a way to get over some of the unwanted experiences people were having. the other two ways were increased vit C and increased B vitamins. anyone fighting FBD or low thyroid should have been doing all of it.
so let me look at the bases you havent covered.
zinc? 30-60mg of zinc taken 10-1 with copper.
more magnesium. i like dead sea salt baths with mag chloride in it. epsom salts is good, too.
then sulphur. some MSM if youre not getting nutritional sulphur.
lack of Bs can really drag you down. a good B complex is helpful (maybe that was the life extension stuff). but more than that, you can hit the B2 and B3 especially hard. the form of B3 should be niacinamide. i take that 2 grams at a time when needed. and of course there is B12. you gotta get shots of that to find out how bad you need it. short of that, find a really good fresh B12 at the HFS and stick it up where the sun dont shine. either way you should know right away. the shots are the most surefire method, unfortunately.
last but not least, potassium. i could talk till im blue in the face about potassium. anyone who figures it out will "never" have a heart attack. look at the supplements. no more than 99mg and the label says that 2% of your daily needs. what a joke. i cooked some rice the other day to go with my curry and WTF!!?? the label said that each serving haad 15mg of potassium in it and the percentage of the daily requirement was zero. that right, 0%. so with these two clues, get to figuring. i make my own supplements from potassium chloride and potassium bicarbonate. i can easily keep my blood pressure under 120 over 70 with those. and with a standard american diet having about 2500mg at best in it, there is no wonder that heart disease is the number two killer behind iatrogenic deaths. ya gotta ask yourself, what evil force is committing these atrocities against the american people and making them pay through the nose for the privilege? but i dgress, get your potassium. check out dr berg about how nutrients work in the body. hes good. hes also a keto diet guru.
