7-8 am: warm tea with 200-300mg magnesium glycinate
drink very warm tea to thirst, could be none or another few glasses
9-10 am: another dose of mag. glycinate with just enough liquid to get it down.
if you have not had a few bowel movements then you are not ready for Liver Flushes
start taking magnesium regularly and work on diet to speed up bowel transit
10:30 or so drink the oil mixture
when the gallbladder contractions have stopped it's time to eat.
clark and moritz were a little bit off with the recommendation to not eat. eating clean soon after the oil will stimulate the intestines, provide a little fiber, and generally speed things up. Sweets are best as you want to recharge the liver asap.
sweet fruit like melons, dates, warm tea, papaya, or whatever you have on hand. don't eat any sour or bitter fruit.
you can take another dose of magnesium with the fruit or wait 1-3 hours for the next dose of mag. glycinate.
eat fruit and warm tea through the day according to appetite.
hopefully most of the stones will be out by evening.
daytime flushing is much better as you have a chance at sleeping well.
try using coca cola instead of grapefruit juice to mix with the oil.
also you can opt to not do flushes if your body is saying no.
