Nope! Stick to the lemonade... just drink more lemonade when you are hungry! You can even take a tablespoon of plain maple, or a tablespoon of BLACKSTRAP molasses, and still be within Master-Cleanse
guidelines. Many times just drinking a couple glasses of WATER will do the trick! Lots of the "hunger" is really just in your head, and is most commonly felt at night.
If you want to go to a juice fast, that's another enchilada, and is also a wonderful way to cleanse! I have done lots of both and don't like to mix them because you create undesired acid levels in your system.
Interesting, I never experienced true hunger until day 45 of my 60 day fast last summer. Switching to fresh fruit/veg juices took care of that--I was bionic til my break at day 60! Hunger felt nothing like the stomach grumbly/shrinky feelings we first world types typically associate with it. It was more of a dull ache in the solar plexus no amount of lemonade would satisfy.
