Hi!
I have done 25 cleanses in 1 year and I feel great.
The only trouble I found with the cleanse is the intense nausea I get at about 2:00 in the morning.
If you throw up the cleanse is just 1/4 effective.

This is a reply to # 2,474I do get the feeling that a lot of the "stones" are passed during normal operations. I can't believe that withouth cleanses all these stones would accumulate in the liver. Perhaps the only cleansing required is when stones get "stuck" in the liver. Just an opinion.

What were your symptoms before you started liver flushing?
I just completed number 6 and got the most stones yet. Not too much improvement in symptoms yet.
