Beware that coffee. If you go cold turkey you will suffer the traditional caffeine headache!!! A better strategy is to taper off over about three days before starting your fast while eating a cleansing diet.
Bowl of fresh fruit with natural yogurt (whiz as a smoothie if you like)
Raw vegetable salad dressed with good oil and lemon juice
Homemade vegetarian vegetable soup
All the fruit/veg juices you like, fruits am/veggies pm
Herb teas ok
If you eat this pre-cleanse diet for 3-5 days you will greatly reduce or eliminate those first week traditional toxic blues!
Sounds like you have a good plan going--don't forget to exercise every day you fast (unless you are very low). It really makes a big difference, and gets you going on a healthy exercise plan to continue post-fast!
