OK, most literature and doctors advise you to rotate foods to avoid developing allergies. Here is some information I discovered that I haven't seen anything on. I was puzzled by the fact that some of my allergies would develop in a matter of a couple days. It seems to me that when you eat something you are allergic to or that triggers a reaction in any way, it causes brand new allergies. By brand new I mean you'll get reactions to food you haven't even eaten much of at all before. This seems to occur with foods you ate with or around the same time as the offending food (an already established allergen). For example, after my first liver flush, I became allergic to grapefruit. Prior to the first flush, I was fine with it and did not drink it any other time. I know
Liver Flushes are good, but a lot of toxins do get released. Recently, I became highly allergic to cranberry after having a couple alcoholic drinks the night before (yeah, I was very pissed at myself for doing this). Other than that, I had only been drinking a few sips of cranberry at times when my blood
Sugar went low.
So, there's my not-very-scientific theory, discuss if you wish. :) Maybe there IS information about this out there and I just haven't seen it. I haven't figured out what *exactly* causes this, whether it's toxins, candida growing back, or what. I'd like to find that out.
Maybe this is of some help to someone?
