i've read ur post that are u just taking psyllum for colon cleanse, is it effective to remove mucous and fecal matter?

This is a reply to # 287,013I used p & B shakes at first and that is when the mucous came out. So I would not know. I assume it would although Bentonite does stick more to the intestinal walls than psyllium does.
One thing is certain, psyllium alone is effetive to lead candida threads out. Actually, I only switched to the P instead of the p & B because I was expelling too much candida and my liver and lymphs could not cope.

Any question is welcome, especially so when I know the answer. It can be so very worrisome to see this quantity of mucous coming out.
The mucous is a protection that covers the candida. THe bowel secrete this protection against potential bacteria that would have survived the stomach. THe candida lies under this mucous and it is a first step to let the mucous out. Later on comes candida, keep on the watch for something white - flaky or thready this will be candida.

This is a reply to # 287,046Jhan- Hi, I have been on the Candida diet for 3 weeks and started the P&B shakes on Monday (2 times a day). I am supplementing 2ooomg of vitamin c, 200mg of magnesium, probiotic s, cinnomon, echinesea,and garlic. I drink 1/2 my weight in water with lemon I want to know am I missing something to go along with this clense before I go any further?

You need to sup in vitamin B as well, candida depletes vit. B so a vit. B complex is essential. Take the vit. B in the morning or at lunch because it supplies your metabolism in energy and might keep you from sleeping at night.
Otherwise this is a perfect protocol!
