Try to do 3
Liver Flushes or 4 max then, switch to
Bowel Cleanse before you return to the liver flushes.
You should keep doing liver dlushes until you get an outstanding one (recover the sense of smell - or just a general sense of good digestive power) - that is usually 3. Then you take a break for a while and do either bowel maintenance or else kidney maintenance.
Tan bm: poor digestion
Green: presence of bile
Floating bm: too much oil in your diet
Loose bm: undigested food
White stuff in bm: yeast (congrats)
Dark brown: Healthy bm
Keeping an eye on your bm color and texture is a good idea. I found that I would get darker stool easier when I did the cleansing salad (an alternative to the
Liver Flush (recipe on my blog:
//www.curezone.org/blogs/f.asp?f=308&t=42989).
I'd also get dark stool while using spiruline (or chlorella).
Your liver is seriously overworked if: You have an upper back - shoulder blade pain - then dandelion adn milk thistle supplements are a good idea and
Liver Flushes a very bad idea.
Do you supplement in good fatty acid (flazxseed oil, salmon oil, extra virgin olive oil- 3 times a day with meals), the process of getting rid of bile asks your body to fabricate brand new bile, but your metabolism needs a few essential ingredients in order to do that: vit. B-12, fatty acid, potassium (dandelion/ milk thistle/ bananas)
