I agree with oopsadaisy :)
I'll add to that:
Hmmm, have you ever done a thorough bowel cleanse? when? The reason I ask is several-fold:
--your symptoms started after doing a liver flush, which caused a LOT of toxins to be released into your upper & lower intestines...which could have seriously irritated (and "stirred up" the lining of your colon - which could definitely cause IBS symptoms and gas. A good bowel cleansing would prevent that, most likely.
--gas anywhere in the digestive system is almost always caused by the gasses given off by undigested/rotting food in the digestive tract. One's "transit time" (the time from when you eat something to the time you eliminate it) should optimally be approximately 8 hours; one should have a bowel movement for every major meal eaten (generally 2-3 bowel movements daily). If this is not happening, you will have excessive gas. This can be caused by the food not being properly chewed and/or digested, or most commonly, from a build-up of even more putrefied fecal matter in the colon.

Welcome to The Doctor Within
--I'm not familiar with most of the poster's stories on this board, so I'm assuming you have an overgrowth of Candida if you posted here. Candida "set up residence and breeding grounds" in the mucoid plaque/fecal build-up of your colon. And that can and will cause symptoms of bloating and gas (and other IBS type symptoms). I'm reading a LOT lately that indicates a deep Bowel Cleanse
is essential for eliminating Candida overgrowth.
So, I don't think the Liver Flush
was responsible for your symptoms now...but it might have brought them to the fore-front somehow.
Of course, if you've done a good, thorough Colon Cleanse
lately, that'll blow my theory right out of the water, lol.
Keep the faith! And keep listening to your body. Let me know if there's anything else I can offer.
