i am actually improving a lot. i decided to go on an all out candida attack starting the new year.

i am currently taking:

oil of oregano before bed
coconut oil from time to time
multivitamin
calcium and magnesium
vitamin e
vitamin c
probiotics first thing in the morning
and i just started garden veggies again because i believe they do help me - i will try these for a week or two and monitor results. if i don't feel any different i am going to quit taking these. but so far, only two days into them and my skin is looking better and better already. i tried them last year when everyone else was but gave them up with all other supplements cause i couldn't tell what was making me feel bad. now i am slowly introducing things so i can tell what is causing reactions and what isnt.


i will be switching to Grapefruit-Seed-Extract soon in my antifungal rotation and i am also going to try neem pills after that. it is also antifungal.

as for the acv...yes i believe i do have leaky gut and that is a huge part of the reason why it messed me up so bad. but i got a really bad flare up the next day after the acv enema and it did NOT feel like die off. i started getting pain all over the right side of my body like i used to and pain in my right hip. this lasted a couple of days. and now ever since that, i have major digestion issues as well. i did not have gas and rumbling and i was not backed up all the time like i am now. i just started digestive enzymes...but they don't seem to be helping either.

i have powdered l-glutamine but i never take it. i am going to start that up soon too for the leaky gut.

but don't worry. i am healing. i have been going through die off pretty bad on and off for about a month now. and the reason i think that is because i am exhausted all the time and i did not have this problem before i got on the antifungals.

i am also extremely strict with my diet and absolutely NO cheating at all.

i just don't come on the boards as often anymore. i am trying to live my life a little more normally and don't like letting the boards consume me cause it starts to depress me and that is the last thing i need.

i think the curry chicken i made is the culprit of my bad diarrhea this last few days. i am going to back off of a few supplements til the diarrhea subsides and then i guess i am going to try taking fiber pills or something like that to help push things along. i really don't know what else to do cause nothing seems to help. i really wish i could take back that acv enema. it has been four weeks and i still have tons of intestinal rumbling and gurgling after every meal. i NEVER had this before. but four weeks seems like a really long time to still be screwed up. so i guess i was wondering if die off could contribute. maybe it is all the spicy foods i have been eating. i am backing off of cayenne for awhile too!
