Dark urine is not a sign of die off. are you taking alot of supplements, vitmain c will do that to your urine. Also dehydration makes urine dark, the more dehydrated you are the darker it gets. Drink more water. The body needs more water when on a candida treatment anyway.

Are you taking B vitamims? THis can make your urine yellow.

My urine is very yellow too and it's been that way since I upped all my vitamins.

I have had this since I changed my vitamins to a very high level - Solgar Female Multiple! It is apparently the B vitamins that your body hasn't used being expelled! However I have also noticed since I have been taking them that my urine has not been cloudy hardly at all for the first time in many months so I think they must be doing some good hopefully!! :)

I get this too, particularly when I have infections.
