Well, according to all my research it could make you hungry. It makes you hungry because it robs your body of nutrients making your body crave more food to meet its nutritional requirements. So , yes I think it could make you hungry. Plus , the diet leaves much to be desired I know.
Nuts as mentioned are an excellent way to feel full. I ike almonds and sunflower seeds.
Also I eat lots of salads with tons of raaw veggies , ground flaxseed( which has a consitency like bread and it filling) , flaxseeds, garlic etc. You cna make these salads and keep in fridge for a few days. Eat one everyday for lunch.
Also big pots of lentil soup have gottne me through a week or more with no cooking. Freeze some to avoid it getting moldy.
Take some magnesium, vitamin c , zinc and potassium. Should give your enegry a big lift.
