Psoriasis book recomends taking Slipery Elm to help heal the Leaky Gut syndrome. I think many candida sufferers can benefit from this supplement since it may coat the intestinal wall and help heal the "holes" made by candida. However, my concern is that SLipery elm is an innner bark. Is is possible to have mould in the Slipery elm and affect my healing process?
I have been on a strick diet for over a month, taking P&B shakes plus Capylic Acid, Oregano oil, Vitamin C. I think I am just about to get to these critters.
