It could be that you are simply going thru another die off period. From what I have both read and experienced, it is common to go thru several before one is totally rid. There is an article on Invicible's blog that outline healing reactions. You might want to take a look at that. Recently, I dumped a bunch of candida from my mouth (thrush went away) and I thought it was all out. Then 2 days later the thrush was back, along with what seemed like acute sinusitis and a sore throat, and I was feeling like crap again. After doing lots of sinus flushes that day and taking extra liver support, I woke up next day and the thrush was going away again, and that night, I dumped a lot more candida in my stool, woke up next day MUCH better with LOTS more energy. I think when the sinuses were inflamed, it was because the candida was dying off from in there, hit the throat/mouth on the way out (causing the relapse of the thrush) and then when it winds up in my stool, that to me is physical proof. Sometimes we think we are not getting anywhwere, when we are merely recycling.
