This is a circular issue. Yes, candida feeds off B-vits. But also, since candida feeds off B-vits, it is very easy to become deficient, cause they eat all the ones you should be gettin'. And, it is impossible to recover from candida if yo uare nutrient deprived. Personally, my experience has been that when I get deficient in B's, I get cracks at the corners of my mouth, and I feel pretty lousy, energy-wise. My practitioner suggested no B's, but I could not go on like that for long before the deficiency symptoms woudl crop up. Rather, my solution has been get candida in balance, and excessive need for too many B's will also fall away.
