PLEASE try Rice Dream. A messed up thyroid has serious consequences, especially on the developing young. Soy has things to inhibit the growth of the brain too.
Another good drink to get into the habit of drinking is cranberry juice, apple juice, somewhat diluted.
Otherwise, your drinks should be fresh-squeezed veggies, tea, water, limeade (rehydrating), lemonade.
There's really no reason other than for fun or the protein shake to drink dairy type drinks, and if you're doing it for fun might as well have the real thing! :) at least on cold breakfast cereal every now and again. ;) I reserve the right to eat
