Okay, Here's what I came up with:
take a break from liver flushing, but not colonics/bowel management in general.
DO work on digestive power still, namely, digestive enzymes.
Keep up your oils! cod liver oil especially, salad dressings...
Yes, emotional work is paramount! Survivor's guilt is a pretty fierce issue. A lot of your stored emotions are centered around the root chakra/uterus. A regular full-body massage may help. Also deep breathing practice:
Lie on your back, knees raised so feet are flat on the ground/bed. Put your right hand on your belly, left hand on your chest. Breathe so that the right hand raises BEFORE the left hand and vice versa on the exhale. Do just this for about 5 minutes.
Then Visualize your breath coming up between your legs, up your spine. Hold the breath for a couple counts, imagine negative dark energy gathering in your lungs, releasing it as you exhale, see it evaporate above you, going on to its next evolutionary step, to bother you no longer.
You can begin the visualization if you like by bathing yourself in White light, the evolutionary/Christ vibration light. then visualize the Green light of Pan/Nature, as this provides balance. Ask these lights for help in what you're about to do, thank them for their presence. You can do this at the beginning of any emotional work so that you're more grounded, focused and relaxed.
