Use organic apple cider vinegar and distilled water for a douche. This helps me 100% of the time. I would make it rather strong too. I use 1/2 cup of acv for every 1 ½ cups of water.

There is this Asian vegetables that has been used to be eaten as a vegetable and good to clean your bladder.
It is called petai .
Normally Asians fry it with spicy sambal . It has a pungent bitter bean taste and good for your urinary tract and bladder system.

Our water is not as clean hence it is best not to douche and not use any toilet paper.
Just spray with water and wipe with towel.
Apply externally Virgin coconut Oil instead.

If you still feel you have toilet infection , do get a vaginal swab test with the gynaecologist.
